A package is personal training 1 on 1, and typically includes a certain number of workouts per week, for a given period of time. For example, 2 workouts a week for 8 weeks.

Clip card

A clip card gives access to a certain number of "clips", which can be redeemed individually whenever it fits the calendar of trainer and client.

Online

Online personal training means that all communication and collaboration between trainer and client happens online.

Bootcamp

A bootcamp is group based and typically runs for a number of weeks/months, and typically takes place at a certain location.
